Role Description

The
Copywriter for Events Intern
supports the Events and Marketing teams in crafting compelling written content for various event-related materials. This role involves developing creative copy for event campaigns, promotional content, social media posts, and other communication materials that capture the energy and story behind each event.

This internship is ideal for students or aspiring writers who are passionate about storytelling, branding, and creative communication — especially within dynamic, fast-paced event environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in writing engaging and original copy for event invitations, announcements, and promotional materials
  • Help develop creative concepts and messaging aligned with each event's theme and objectives
  • Support in creating captions, blurbs, and press content for social media and digital campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Events and Creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all materials
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for campaigns and activations

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or related fields
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Creative thinker with a good sense of tone, style, and audience engagement
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
  • A genuine interest in events, media, and creative storytelling
