We are seeking a Change Analyst who will play a critical role in driving and supporting organizational transformation initiatives. This role ensures that business changes — whether process, system, or culture-related — are implemented smoothly and successfully, minimizing resistance and maximizing employee adoption.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to analyze change impacts, engage stakeholders, and design effective interventions that make change stick.

Key Responsibilities

Change Impact Assessment

  • Conduct change impact analyses to understand the effects of proposed initiatives on business processes, systems, and people.
  • Develop mitigation and readiness plans to ensure successful adoption.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Partner with business leaders and project teams to build awareness, understanding, and commitment to change.
  • Develop and deliver clear, concise communication materials that articulate the purpose, benefits, and impacts of change initiatives.
  • Ensure continuous and transparent communication throughout the change lifecycle.

Training & Enablement

  • Identify training needs and develop learning materials or sessions to support employees transitioning to new processes or systems.
  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and training sessions as needed.

Change Implementation

  • Support end-to-end change management planning and execution — from analysis and design to implementation and sustainment.
  • Track adoption metrics, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze feedback and data related to change initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards that track progress, highlight successes, and pinpoint improvement areas.

Culture & Engagement

  • Advocate for a culture of adaptability, continuous improvement, and innovation.
  • Promote employee engagement and resilience in times of transformation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or system implementation.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to simplify complex messages for diverse audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Empathy, adaptability, and emotional intelligence to guide teams through transformation.
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 18 months

Pay: Up to Php50,000.00 per month
