Aureo La Union is a first-class luxury resort owned by Ferenzo Holdings and Development Corporation, located in San Fernando, La Union, Philippines. Ferenzo Holdings is a developer that owns the Aureo Resort and is expanding it with an 8-story hotel and convention center to support the local tourism industry.

Job Summary:

Responsible for daily accounting operations, financial reporting, tax compliance, and supporting audits to ensure accurate and efficient financial processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting transactions (billing, payroll, payments, liquidations)
  • Prepare financial records, vouchers, and reports
  • Ensure timely filing of taxes and government contributions
  • Assist in preparing audit schedules and statutory reports
  • Support month-end closing and reconciliation tasks
  • Coordinate with external auditors and government agencies as needed

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or related course
  • At least 2–3 years of accounting experience
  • Knowledge in payroll, tax compliance, and government reporting (BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth)
  • Familiar with general accounting processes (AR, AP, GL)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
