The Account Executive serves as the back-office operations coordinator for NetSolar's Strategic Revenue and Growth team, managing complex, multi-stakeholder deal execution processes. This role applies advanced coordination expertise to orchestrate seamless documentation workflows across Growth, Commercial & Contracts, Finance, Legal, and Project Delivery teams. Acts as the trusted operational partner who ensures high-volume, high complexity deals progress efficiently while maintaining quality, compliance, and exceptional customer experience.

Deal Documentation & Coordination Excellence

  • Prepare high-quality Letters of Intent (LOI), proposals, and supporting deal documentation using approved templates and guidelines
  • Coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder approval workflows across Growth, C&C, Finance, Legal, and Project Delivery teams with precision and urgency
  • Track and expedite documentation progress across simultaneous high-value deals, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks
  • Maintain comprehensive deal tracking systems and provide real-time status updates to Business Development Managers and leadership
  • Ensure all documentation adheres to approved formats, branding standards, and compliance requirements

Advanced Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Serve as the primary operational liaison between Growth/Revenue teams and all supporting functions (C&C, Finance, Legal, Project Delivery)
  • Independently manage relationships with customers on documentation-related matters, addressing routine questions and coordinating information requests
  • Anticipate stakeholder needs and proactively communicate status, risks, and required actions across complex deal ecosystems
  • Translate business requirements into clear documentation requests for C&C and Legal teams
  • Escalate complex commercial or legal issues to C&C while providing context and recommendations

Process Optimization & Quality Assurance

  • Identify inefficiencies in documentation workflows, approval processes, and handover procedures, recommending practical improvements
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, checklists, and quality control frameworks to ensure consistency and accuracy

  • Maintain organized repositories of templates, executed documents, and process guidelines for team reference

Mentorship & Knowledge Transfer

  • Mentor and coach junior Account Executives on coordination best practices, stakeholder management, and documentation standards
  • Provide guidance on navigating complex approval workflows, managing competing priorities, and handling challenging stakeholder situations
  • Share expertise through informal coaching, peer reviews, and collaborative problem-solving
  • Create and update training materials, templates, and standard operating procedures for the team
  • Act as the go-to resource for questions on deal documentation processes, CRM/DocuSign usage, and cross-functional coordination

Customer Experience & Deal Closure Support

  • Ensure seamless customer experience throughout the documentation and signature process
  • Coordinate pre-signature requirements, document execution, and post-signature handovers with meticulous attention to detail
  • Address customer documentation questions promptly and professionally, coordinating with C&C for commercial clarifications
  • Support BDMs in managing customer expectations around timelines, requirements, and next steps
  • Conduct post-closure reviews to identify improvement opportunities in the deal execution process
