Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid position for an Internal Audit Associate based in Pasig. The Internal Audit Associate will be responsible for conducting financial audits, preparing detailed audit reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Day-to-day responsibilities will include evaluating financial, operational, and compliance processes, identifying areas for improvement, analyzing data for accuracy, and collaborating with relevant teams to implement recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Audit Reports
  • Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of Finance and expertise in conducting Financial Audits
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Internal Auditing, Finance, or related field
  • Preferred experience in internal auditing or a related role
  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance standards such as the
    Global Internal Audit Standards or the IPPF.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Willing to do Fieldwork or to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.
