Job DescriptionWork with Dashboard and Brand Teams on understanding business metrics and aligning on business levers to watch out for to anticipate in-depth customer analyses; determine from historical requests which can be generated regularly, and be progressed into dashboards/automated report generation as a way to streamline work streams of the team.

Duties and Responsibilities:Manage and prioritize the product backlog. Translate the Business Owners strategies to tasks for development. Break epics into user stories.

Arrange and prioritize sprints. Evaluate progress at each stage of development. Stay accessible and answer Development Team's questions about the reasoning for user stories or tasks.

Serve as a liaison between product and development just like a Scrum Master. Hiring Requirements:Minimum 5 years work experience in demand or capacity management, platforms, or service governance. Work experience in a telco company is preferred; with working knowledge of telco fundamentals.
