Responsibilities

  • Translate the product vision into actionable development roadmaps and strategic priorities.
  • Manage, prioritize, and continuously groom the product backlog to align with both business objectives and customer needs.
  • Write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure development readiness and clarity.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, frame expectations, and maintain alignment throughout development.
  • Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) to guide delivery and iteration.
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to implement features and deliver value.
  • Maintain documentation and transparency through tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Communicate product updates and strategies effectively to the development team and stakeholders.
  • Balance competing priorities, ensuring smooth alignment between business needs and development execution.
  • Demonstrate resilience and proactive problem-solving to address team blockers and evolving stakeholder demands.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum
    3 years
    of hands-on experience in product ownership, product management, or related Agile roles.
  • Deep understanding of Agile frameworks like
    Scrum
    or
    Kanban
    , and practical experience in fast-paced, iterative development environments.
  • Proficiency with Agile tools such as
    Jira
    and
    Confluence
    , including backlog management and documentation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to align cross-functional teams and ensure shared product vision.
  • Proven capability in writing clear user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and prioritizing based on value and feasibility.
  • Business analysis experience, including requirements gathering and translating insights into actionable tasks.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills in dynamic and high-growth environments.
