  • Focuses on launch readiness of product/s handled and building or enhancing processes for scale.
  • Leading internal and external customers through change management.
  • Collaborate with the product owner for the operational side of developing new products or existing features, creating more efficient processes.
  • Ensure milestones are met or escalated as necessary.
  • Track, analyze and endorse partner or customer issues for resolution by relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify negative scenarios and develop mitigation plans to help resolve risks related to the product
  • Ensure that all requirements prior product or feature launches are completed and risk mitigated.
  • Determine & Prepare operational requirements for launching new products or features. document them and cascade them appropriately for other stakeholders to refer to.
  • Ensures that product launched remains compliant with policies and regulations by constantly conducting market scans.
  • Liaise with BPG for Process Mapping requirements.
  • Drive process and policies documentation and enhancement based on insights and customer feedback (internal or external).
