You Will Be Responsible

For The FollowingOwns product design activities for the assigned product within the business group. Initiate, plan, organize, execute, monitor/control, and direct the completion of builds.

Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value aligned with product strategy. Drive experience reviews and comparative assessments to improve the product experience. Detail product design with cross-functional teams to include all regulatory and commercial requirements.

Prepare user stories and co-author Product Service Design (PSD) documents to communicate requirements to the Commercial and Technical teams. Work closely with the Squad, Tribe, and Portfolio Management to ensure timely delivery of builds, resource allocation, and issue resolution. Manage the product backlog, defects, and enhancements until closure.

Participate in and co-drive meetings with the Scrum Master for effective product development. Map out the high-level customer front-end and back-end experience for product analysis. Collaborate with Product Operationalization to develop supporting processes and product briefs for launch.

We Are Looking ForExperience in Product Management and Investment. Knowledge of systems, processes, rules, and regulations.

Understanding of User Experience Design. Project Management skills. Experience managing cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with Agile Methodology. Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills. Problem-solving skills.
