POSITION SUMMARY

The IT Solutions Management Lead – ERP and Finance is responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and management of IT solutions that support the Record to Report (R2R) processes in the organization. This role ensures the accurate and efficient reporting of financial data, the integration of financial systems, and compliance with accounting standards. The IT Solutions Management Lead collaborates closely with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize financial systems and drive continuous improvement across the R2R function.

Key Responsibilities:

· Solution Design and Implementation:

o Lead the design, implementation, and support of IT solutions for Record to Report (R2R) processes, ensuring alignment with the organization's financial goals and regulatory requirements.

o Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT teams to define system requirements, develop technical specifications, and implement solutions.

o Ensure seamless integration of R2R systems with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and other financial platforms

o Oversee the deployment of new R2R solutions and upgrades to existing systems, ensuring minimal disruption to financial operations.

· Business Process Optimization:

o Analyze current R2R processes and identify areas for improvement, automation, and efficiency gains.

o Implement process improvements to streamline general ledger management, financial close, consolidation, intercompany accounting, and financial reporting.

o Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure that R2R processes are compliant with relevant financial standards (GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements.

o Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance automation, reduce manual effort, and optimize financial reporting workflows.

· Project Management:

o Lead R2R-related IT projects, including system implementations, enhancements, and integrations, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.

o Develop detailed project plans, establish key milestones, and manage project risks to ensure successful delivery.

o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and external vendors, to ensure effective collaboration and communication throughout project lifecycles.

· Data Management and Reporting:

o Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data across R2R systems through robust data governance practices.

o Oversee the development and maintenance of financial reports, dashboards, and analytics tools to support real-time decision-making.

o Implement reporting solutions that provide insights into financial performance, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are tracked and communicated to stakeholders.

· System Support and Maintenance:

o Provide ongoing support and maintenance for R2R systems, ensuring system reliability, security, and performance.

o Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to ensure continued alignment with business needs and technology standards.

o Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to R2R systems in collaboration with IT support teams and vendors.

· Compliance and Risk Management:

o Ensure that R2R systems and processes comply with internal controls, accounting standards, audit requirements, and financial regulations.

o Support internal and external audits by providing system data, documentation, and reports as needed.

o Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure that R2R systems are secure and protected from potential threats.

· Stakeholder Engagement:

o Act as the primary liaison between finance, accounting, IT, and external vendors, ensuring alignment on system requirements and project outcomes.

o Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project execution and solution delivery.

o Provide training and support to end-users to ensure that they are proficient in using R2R systems and tools.

· Continuous Improvement:

o Stay up to date on the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to financial systems and Record to Report processes.

o Identify and implement new tools and technologies to enhance system capabilities and improve overall financial reporting accuracy and efficiency.

o Lead the implementation of process improvements and best practices to optimize the performance of the R2R function.

EDUCATION:

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA, PMP, or CISA) are highly preferred.

Pay: Php34, Php36,000.00 per month
