Job Summary

The Offline Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning and executing ground marketing activities that generate new client leads and inquiries. This role focuses on branch marketing, field activations, partnerships, and promotional campaigns, working closely with Sales and Operations to support client acquisition targets.


Key Responsibilities

Offline Client Acquisition & Field Marketing

  • Plan and execute offline marketing activities to drive walk-in clients and loan inquiries.
  • Conduct field marketing activities such as branch promotions, on-ground activations, roadshows, and community events.
  • Coordinate with branch teams to support local acquisition initiatives.

Promotions, Partnerships & Activations

  • Assist in organizing promotional events, mall activations, barangay or community campaigns, and partnership activities.
  • Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and suppliers for marketing materials and logistics.
  • Support partnership tie-ups with local businesses, agents, or organizations to increase client reach.

Marketing Materials & Brand Visibility

  • Ensure availability and proper placement of offline marketing materials such as posters, flyers, banners, and standees.
  • Monitor brand visibility and compliance with marketing standards across branches and field sites.
  • Assist in the distribution and inventory tracking of marketing collaterals.

Coordination with Sales & Operations

  • Work closely with Sales, Trade Relations, and Branch Operations to align acquisition efforts.
  • Support sales teams during promotions and field activities.
  • Gather feedback from branches and field teams to improve marketing execution.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Track and document field activities, client inquiries, and campaign results.
  • Prepare basic reports on offline campaign performance and client acquisition outcomes.
  • Maintain organized records of marketing activities, expenses, and materials.

Other Marketing Support

  • Assist in market observation and competitor activity monitoring in assigned areas.
  • Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in offline marketing, field marketing, promotions, or events.
  • Experience in financing, lending, banking, or FMCG field marketing is an advantage.
  • Willing to do fieldwork and branch visits.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
