Job Title: Marketing Research Specialist (Supervisory)

Location: Ortigas, Pasig City (Full on-site)

Monthly Salary Package: 27,000 to 35,000


Key Responsibilities:

  • Use analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM dashboards) to gather and interpret data.
  • Analyze content and campaign performance across various channels (web, blog, social media, etc.).
  • Provide actionable insights to guide marketing strategies and optimize content.
  • Support cross-functional teams by sharing data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with external partners for analytics tools and services.
  • Present findings to senior management, offering clear, strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis and marketing campaign performance.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
