The
Talent Sourcing Associate
will support the recruitment process by sourcing qualified candidates, conducting pre-screening calls, and coordinating interview schedules. This position plays a vital role in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

1. Talent Attraction
- Provides support in the talent attraction process to ensure the hiring of the right talents at the right time. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Reviewing
Manpower Requisition (MRF)
forms to determine qualifications and competencies required for vacant positions. - Assisting in the preparation and posting of job openings on various recruitment platforms (e.g., internal board, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Screening applications and conducting interviews to assess candidates' skills, interest, and cultural fit.
- Assisting in administering cognitive and behavioral examinations; interpreting and analyzing behavioral exam results.
- Endorsing a shortlist of qualified candidates to the Hiring Manager and arranging interview schedules.
- Partnering with the Talent Attraction team and Hiring Managers on final candidate selection and employment document issuance.
- Ensuring compliance with all employee pre-employment and engagement requirements.
- Facilitating pre-employment medical examinations, background checks, and collection of requirements.
- Coordinating with the RSS team to ensure new hires have bank account numbers and company IDs.
- Supports projects and programs that improve HR service delivery and Talent Attraction processes aligned with SNAP's strategic workforce plans.
- Represents the company in activities that expand the talent pool (e.g., job fairs, recruitment agency partnerships, internal/external networking events).
2. Employer Branding
- Implements employer brand strategy and provides inputs for its continuous improvement.
- Supports employer brand campaigns by helping collect stories and suggesting relevant content.
- Maintains and engages a robust
talent community

3. HR Communications
- Assists in preparing and cascading internal communications related to Human Capital and organizational matters, such as:
- CEO messages (HR-related)
- Organizational announcements
- Birthday and work anniversary greetings
- Holiday advisories
- Payroll and other HR announcements
4. Others
- Monitors

expenditures against set budgets by preparing accurate reports to support budget management. - Prepares
Requests for Payment (RFPs)
and ensures timely settlement of billings. - Performs all functions, duties, and responsibilities assigned by the Company to the best of her abilities.
- Complies with orders and instructions from authorized representatives of the Company.
- Maintains confidentiality regarding all company-related information.
- Performs other administrative or non-administrative duties (e.g., budget creation and monitoring, policy creation or revision) as assigned, whether through written order or oral instruction.
