Job Description:

  • New account activation through a. Receiving and processing inbound calls and inquiries (telephone, email, website and other sources) b. Outbound collage of potential customers.
  • Receiving and processing of all customer calls, including customers of field salespeople – inquiries, requests for additional information, order-taking and other activities
  • Growth of existing accounts that will be assigned.
  • Takes down complete orders from customers and encodes accurately to QBE.
