HR Supervisor

We're looking for a dedicated HR Supervisor to oversee and strengthen our company's HR operations. The role involves ensuring smooth and compliant HR processes—from recruitment and payroll to training, employee relations, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support end-to-end recruitment, ensuring timely and quality hires.
• Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and government compliance.
• Coordinate employee training programs and performance evaluations.
• Handle employee concerns and disciplinary actions fairly and promptly.
• Monitor HR metrics, reports, and compliance across all departments.
• Help improve HR systems, processes, and policies to boost efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of HR experience, with exposure to multiple HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HRIS or payroll systems is an advantage.
