I'm looking for a skilled freelance programmer or developer who can help my outbound call center incorporate AI voice technology.

I've already met with several AI companies, but most are trying to sell me packaged solutions with features I don't need. What I want is straightforward:

  • Convert my existing dialer to handle outbound calls with AI voice technology.
  • Keep it simple and practical — nothing overbuilt, just a reliable system that works.
  • Support consistent outbound calls while adding a layer of customer service for hospital patients.

Use Case:

We place outbound calls for hospital patients with outstanding balances. The goal is to keep these calls consistent, professional, and patient-friendly using AI voice assistance.

What I'm Looking For:

  • Someone who can design and implement a functional AI call workflow.
  • Ability to integrate with our existing outbound dialer system.
  • Practical solutions over flashy extras.

The fee is negotiable — I entered a placeholder just to start the conversation. If you have creative ideas and the technical skills to execute, I'll make it worth your time.
