Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks
- Maintain organized records, and documents
- Assist operations or project teams by handling logistics, organizing supplies and schedules, and facilitating communication
- Monitor deliveries, work orders, and material requests
- Assist in tracking inventory levels and ordering office or site supplies
- Help manage stock records and ensure availability of materials
- Help ensure operations follow internal procedures and safety or quality standards
- Assist during internal audits or inspections
- Other tasks and duties that may be assigned
