We're seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Operations Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Operations Manager with all aspects of daily operations and scheduling
  • Monitor compliance with policies and procedures in documents, sheets, and forms
  • Answer customer support calls, texts, and emails with professionalism and efficiency
  • Exhibit a friendly and helpful attitude at all times, enhancing our service reputation
  • Generate reports as needed and perform other tasks as assigned to support the team

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in operations/support/admin roles, preferably with a US company
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • A resourceful problem solver who likes a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced English – verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Forms, etc.)
  • Work from-home setup — computer, reliable internet, and workspace for video meetings
  • Available Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM CST
