Production Officer

  1. Executes production plan by delegating task to personnel, accomplishing production targets, revising schedules and keeping track on the processing flow on production.
  2. Check and follow up status and priorities, escalates any production related to engineering issues, quality and material supply issues.
  3. Check and follow up needed materials and ensure that these are in control level usage at all times.
  4. Check overall condition of operating equipment vs set up plan based on customer requirement.
  5. Responsible to train operators in operations with the new updated corrective actions with the issues encountered in the line.
  6. Supervises and coordinates activities with the GL's for any changes of procedures in the line.
  7. Reports and coordinate quality problems with the engineers regarding the findings to product/ process to provide corrective action in regards the problem encountered.
  8. Determining root cause of line defect or problem encountered by analyzing and conducting investigation and simulation.
  9. Monitors DL productivity, quality, yield and providing guidance and feedback regarding performance.
  10. Ensures that manufacturing staff observed rules and regulation and conduct their assigned duties according to the best of their knowledge and skills to guarantee that company objectives are fully met.
  11. Maintains/controls discipline, orderliness and cleanliness in the line.

Job Specification and Qualification

Educational Attainment: College Graduate

Training/Work Experience: Preferably with minimum of 3 years' experience as GL or Officer in Manufacturing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
