What the role will entail

  • Drive business generation and maintain client portfolios to meet sales targets through proactive sourcing, product presentations, and promotional activities.
  • Build and manage a database of high-net-worth clients to support relationship-building, cross-selling, and personalized financial solutions.
  • Conduct professional financial analysis and profiling sessions to recommend suitable investment products aligned with clients' goals.
  • Implement targeted cross-selling strategies and prioritize client engagement based on business potential and revenue contribution.
  • Strengthen client relationships by providing timely market updates, investment insights, and follow-up support to guide decision-making.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to enhance product differentiation and improve program attractiveness.
  • Deliver service excellence by resolving client issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and retention, and recommending process improvements based on feedback.
