JNA Entertainment Specialist is looking for a highly experienced PPC Specialist with deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, can manage high-performing campaigns, and can drive measurable results across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads

● Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis

● Optimize campaigns for conversions, CPL, CPA, and ROAS

● Monitor budgets, adjust bids, and ensure proper pacing and performance

● Create and test ad copy, creatives, and targeting variations

● Perform A/B tests on ads and landing pages to improve results

● Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports

● Collaborate with creative, marketing, and strategy teams

● Stay updated on PPC best practices, algorithm changes, and trends

Qualifications:

● Minimum 5 years of hands-on PPC experience (Google Ads & Meta Ads required)

● Proven ability to manage large budgets and hit performance KPIs

● Strong understanding of tracking setups (GTM, pixels, events), GA4, and reporting tools

● Excellent analytical and optimization skills

● Strong communication and time-management abilities

● Ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines independently

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

● Experience in lead generation or service-based funnels

● Familiarity with CRO and landing page optimization

● Basic understanding of SEO

● Experience in entertainment, events, or related industries is a plus
