We are looking for an experienced PMO Consultant to join our client and play a key role in shaping and supporting the Project Management Office. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in PMO tools and processes, with hands-on expertise in ServiceNow.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the establishment, optimization, and governance of the Project Management Office (PMO)
  • Ensure effective use of PMO tools (with emphasis on ServiceNow) for portfolio, program, and project delivery
  • Drive best practices in project governance, reporting, and quality assurance
  • Support resource and dependency management across multiple projects
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure alignment between PMO oversight and project delivery needs
  • Provide portfolio-level insights and reporting to senior stakeholders

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a PMO Consultant/PMO Analyst/Project Manager (6+ years desirable)
  • Experience in both PMO governance and hands-on project management delivery
  • Strong knowledge of
    ServiceNow
    for project management
  • Excellent understanding of portfolio management, resource planning, and reporting
  • Background in IT project environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and project teams
