NetSuite Principle Consultant

We're looking for an experienced NetSuite Principle Consultant to join the team. Your role will be instrumental in providing the right functional solution for the client & translating their business requirements to the best product. Using deep product knowledge and strong processskills, you will take responsibility for leading the functional team on the project to best deliver the solution.

Following personalisation and scoping the Principle is responsible for performing quality checks and ultimately signing off on the solution, also working closely with the PMO team to manage the client.

Primary Role Responsibilitie
s

You will be the principle consultant on complex managed service tickets and optimisation projects, responsible for:

• Taking ownership of the functional configuration of the system, including all personalised or custom solutions, providing qualitychecks and sign off priorto the solution being released to the client, ensuringthat the output is aligned to the requirements and scope.
• Performing complex systemconfiguration when required.
• Maintaining strong client relationships by ensuring we meet SLAs
• Ensuring solution documentation is up to date in the systemand project management software.
• Performing client walkthroughs and training sessions.
• Performing list & transactional data migration uploadsinto a clients' production account.
• Working closely with the wider project team to deliverfunctional configuration.
• Acting as a subject matterexpert in chosenverticals and areas of NetSuitefunctionality.
• Identifying change requestsand alterations in scope.
• Working with the technical servicesand QA team to scope& document custom solutions.
• Providing functional estimatesfor customisations.
• Listening to the client's needs,understanding their processes, and translating into NetSuite solutions.
• Identifying NetSuite limitations and recommending best practice approaches specific to the clients' requirements.
• Working across multipleprojects, juggling multipletasks and responsibilities at one time.
• Taking the customeron a NetSuite journey and ensure changeis embedded successfully.
• Effective delegation of tasks to the functional consultants.
• Ensuring you are up to date with the latest NetSuiterelease notes to ensure customersare getting the most up to date advice available.

Project management

• Work closely with the projectmanager to provideweekly updates on project progress.
• Managing tasks acrossthe projects, ensuringall are up to date in our project management software.
• Engaging the MacroFinsubject matter expertsand technical leadsto provide solutionsand quality assurance.
• Keeping project stakeholders engaged and informed.
• Ensuring delivery and project management principles are adheredto.
• Proactively seek development and guidance where needed.
• Collaborating with the wider team to solve complex requirements.

General Responsibilities

• Providing detailed and accurate timesheets to enable efficient billing.
• Proactively seek development and guidance where needed.
• Supporting the Managed Service Lead and Client Services Lead in delivering an incredible client experience
• Collaborating with the wider team to solve complex requirements.
• Developing junior consultants both on projectsand offline training.
• Undertake continuous trainingto develop NetSuiteknowledge and consulting skills.
• Effectively utilising cloud-based project management tool.
• Adopting and championing project & non-project processes.

Essential skills

• Extensive experience workingin a NetSuite consultancy/implementation role.
• 10+ end to end implementations in the Software, Services or WD vertical.
• Strong time management skills – this role will be working on multiple tasks and projects at once
• Exposure to accounting & finance processes.
• Exceptional knowledge of all core process areas(R2R, P2P, O2C, D2B)
• Experience leading a project team.
• Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to mentor & developjunior staff.
• Self-starter, working autonomously providing updates where required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent data migration skills including list data, transactional data, & ad-hocdata migration updates.
• Thorough understanding of the cutoverprocess between legacy systems & NetSuite.
• Thorough understanding of the SuiteSuccess processes & methodology.

Requirements

• 5+ years implementing SuiteSuccess projects as a senior lead
• Strong experience in SuiteBilling and/or WD modules
• Product knowledge in; ARM, Billing, AdvancedFinancials including FX, Taxation, FAM, Financial reports, Multibook, integrations into NetSuite.
• Finance experience, transactional or analytical.
• Exposure to management reporting
• Bachelor's degree in information systems,IT, Computing or similar
• Project management or transformation certificates
• NetSuite ERP Consultant Certified.
