I. REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or BSBA Major in Human Resources.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of HR or administrative experience is required.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRIS systems is required for maintaining training records.
II. JOB OBJECTIVES
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT:
- Assisting in the coordination of training and development programs for employees, scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records.
- Training Needs Assessment: Identify and address training needs to enhance employee performance and fill skills gaps.
- Training Program Design and Development: Develop engaging and effective training programs that align with organizational goals and address identified needs.
- Training Delivery and Facilitation: Coordinate and schedule training sessions.
- Employee Development Programs: Support employee growth and career development through targeted development initiatives.
- Training Administration: Efficiently manage training to ensure smooth execution of scheduled programs.
- Training Communication: Effective monitoring and prompt evaluation.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- Benefits Administration: Assisting with the administration of employee benefits programs. Responding to employee inquiries regarding benefits, resolving issues, and guiding them on available options.
- Assist employees in understanding and enrolling in benefits programs, such as government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Coordinate with other government agencies to ensure accurate and timely enrolment in benefits programs while maintaining compliance with eligibility requirements.
- Benefits communication: Effectively communicate benefits information to employees, promoting awareness and understanding.
- Benefits administration:
- Process and maintain accurate employee benefit records.
- Administer government-mandated benefits programs, such as processing of SSS and Pag-IBIG loan applications, and managing contributions.
- Stay updated on Philippine labor laws and regulations related to employee benefits.
TALENT ACQUISITION:
- Exit Process: Assist in the offboarding process for resigned or separated employees, including exit interviews, coordinating the return of company property, and updating employee records accordingly.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with recruitment-related laws and regulations provided by DOLE. Also, maintain the confidentiality of applicant and employee information.
EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT AND TALENT RETENTION:
- Implementing employee engagement strategies.
- Conducting employee surveys and feedback sessions.
- Supporting employee recognition, reward programs, and company events that will foster fellowship between employees and goodwill with the Company, but are within the specifications, budget, and instructions of Senior Management.
- Assisting with internal communication efforts.
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM:
- Facilitate the monthly evaluation of contractual employees.
- Employee Support: Provide timely and helpful support to employees.
EMPLOYEE RECORDS MANAGEMENT:
- Maintaining accurate and updated employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, benefits folder, and 201 file. Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality policies.
ADMINISTRATIVE:
- Handle benefit-related inquiries, such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
- Promptly address any payroll and benefits-related issues.
- Attendance Monitoring and Leave Management Administration:
- Guide employees on company policies and procedures.
- Government reporting and compliance.
- Contractual Employee Processing.
- Exit Process Administration.
- General Administrative Support / Miscellaneous tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
