JOB OVERVIEW:

We're looking for a versatile Virtual Assistant who can juggle both administrative tasks and creative work. This role will lean heavily towards managing social media, creating engaging content, and editing videos, so if you love digital marketing and have a good eye for visuals, you'll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management & Digital Marketing

  • Manage social media accounts and implement basic ad boosts and paid ads as needed.
  • Assist with social media content planning, posting, and scheduling using Meta Business Suite.
  • Coordinate with our team (EverySec SM Manager) on online marketing strategies, ensuring timely posting of content.
  • Create graphics (Canva) and edit videos (CapCut or similar) for marketing and social media campaigns.
  • Use Mailchimp or other email newsletter platforms for email marketing and updates.
  • Perform basic website updates as required.

Sales Support & Lead Management

  • Generate leads through social media platforms, online groups, and network connections.
  • Conduct warm lead follow-ups, book and facilitate Discovery Calls, and assist in sending proposals and follow-up communications.
  • Support sales lead management for clients when needed during the growth phase.
  • Provide administrative support related to sales activities.

General Virtual Assistant & Coordination Tasks

  • Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Coordinate schedules, manage communication, and ensure smooth workflow between team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Undergraduates in any related field (Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, etc.)
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong skills in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in video editing (CapCut or similar) and creating graphics on Canva is REQUIRED.
  • Comfortable using Meta Business Suite for scheduling and analytics.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
