  • Have experience in purchasing materials for lighting fixtures, will be given priority consideration .
  • Key skill for managing the sourcing process from start to finish.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to analyse market trends.
  • Strong ability to negotiate price and terms with suppliers and manage contracts
  • Evaluate suppliers by considering quality and availability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software
  • Interacting with suppliers to schedule delivery on time and shipping
  • Verifying purchases by comparing them to a primary list and recommending alternatives for expensive or irrelevant products
  • Capable of developing suppliers for new materials, possessing negotiation advantages, and continuously effectively reducing material costs.
  • All ordered materials must be delivered in a timely manner according to the time requirements and ensure sustainable production operation
  • Professional supplier quality assessment and supply chain management
  • Familiarity in compliance for proper permits
  • Good in oral and written communication
  • Excellent in English and Chinese language
