- Strong interpersonal skills & organizational abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- At least 6 months of experience in HR role
Purpose of the Role/Role Overview
The HR Associate plays a significant role in various aspects of employee management within an organization. He/She will handle recruitment, onboarding, training, and 201 file employee record management. Overall, he/she is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies and contributing to fostering a positive work environment and supporting the organization's success.
General Duties/Key Responsibilities
- Attracting, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for job vacancies.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely recruitment.
- Facilitating the integration of new employees into the organization and providing training and development opportunities
- Maintain accurate employee records, 201 files and HR databases.
- Process HR-related paperwork, including contracts, terminations, and leaves of absence, creation of company I.Ds, uniforms, etc.
- Assisting with timekeeping, billings etc.
- Handle general HR inquiries and provide support to employees.
- Performs other tasks that might be assigned from time to time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
