JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree holder

With at least 6 months – 1 year of experience in HR/Company Nurse

Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna

Amenable to attend face to face interview

Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.

Prepare and process payroll accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Handle government-mandated contributions such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and withholding taxes, including timely remittance and reporting.

Monitor and maintain accurate records of employees' attendance, leaves, and overtime.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR-related activities.

Assist in employee relations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary procedures.

Maintain and update employee files and HR databases.

Support the implementation of HR programs, policies, and initiatives to promote employee engagement and development.

Other task may be assigned by immediate superior
