We are recruiting a Software Quality Assurance Engineer for our team in Manila, Philippines. Reporting to the local QA Engineer Lead, we are looking for someone to play key role in the team driving our efforts in quality assurance. The right candidate is highly motivated, self-driven, eager to learn, and passionate about taking ownership of their contribution to the product.

• 3+ years of experience in technical product management or similar roles
• 2+ years managing or leading product teams, preferably Technical Product Owners
• Experience with platform-as-a-product thinking, building and scaling internal platforms with measurable business impact

• Extensive experience working closely with engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle

• Strong understanding of software application lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance)

• Ability to understand technical concepts, system architecture, and integration points
• Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and articulating technical strategy
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills and experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to adapt practices for platform development
• Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Comfortable working across cultures and time zones with global teams

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead our internal platforms strategy and execution, in Manila. In this role, you will own the vision and roadmap for internal systems that power our business operations, enabling engineering teams, business operations, and internal stakeholders to work efficiently and effectively.

You will manage a team of Technical Product Owners focused on internal tooling, operational systems, or other business enablement tools. Reporting to the Senior Technical Product Manager in EMEA, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence, platform adoption, and continuous improvement of our internal technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, own and execute the strategic roadmap for internal platforms and operational systems
• Lead and mentor a team of Technical Product Owners
• Partner with business stakeholders across operations, data and research and other departments to understand needs
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Prioritize platform investments based on business impact and stakeholder needs
• Drive platform adoption and measure success through KPIs and metrics
• Oversee agile delivery processes and ensure teams follow best practices
• Remove blockers, facilitate dependencies, and drive continuous improvement
• Present platform strategy and progress to senior leadership
• Evaluate build vs. buy decisions for internal tools and systems

This role is a full-time, hybrid position that requires regular office attendance (3x per week). This position is based in our Makati City office.
