Job Description

  • Drive technical project delivery for loans products & initiatives from ideation, development, testing and public launch.
  • Work with various stakeholders to create, review & sign off the business requirements document
  • Prepare and execute UAT test cases for new products & features to ensure product quality together with the Product Testing Team
  • Provide subject matter expertise to bank internal teams to ensure that products and services are well understood
  • Prepare training materials and conduct training on new product features to orient related teams
  • Collect, analyze and summarize customer feedback and work with various stakeholders to deliver improvements needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree / 4-Year Course in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar field
  • Fresh graduates who have strong interest in Banking are welcome to apply
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated track record of getting things done in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English. Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively
  • Good analytical and logical thinking skills
  • Good collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
