The opportunity

Calling all analytical and detail-oriented professionals The Virtual IT Professional Inc.' is seeking skilled Technical Product Analysts to join our dynamic team in full-time remote roles, based anywhere the Philippines, you'll work with Australian enterprises in shaping their future.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough analysis of product requirements, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvements and new features
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and customer success teams to translate business objectives into technical specifications
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, feature specifications, and technical design documents
  • Participate in the product roadmap planning process, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to guide strategic decision-making
  • Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs, and generate reports to inform product strategy and decision-making
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical support and training to both internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Product Analyst or similar role in the Information & Communication Technology industry
  • Proficient in data analysis, requirements gathering, and technical documentation
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly solutions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies, project management tools and ALM tools like Jira, Azure DevOps and GitHub.
