Work from Home, Philippines Outdesk Full time ₱15,000 - ₱180,000 per year

We are seeking a skilled and independent Travel Consultant to provide daily travel operations support within a boutique travel business. This is a part-time remote role, ideal for someone with deep GDS knowledge, particularly Sabre, and experience handling air, hotel, and car bookings, including NDC fare content. While the workload will be relatively light (a small number of bookings per day), your capability will directly enhance our ability to support new clients in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Manage airfare bookings, ticket issuing, and ticket reissues independently using Sabre, including NDC fare content.
  • Handle hotel and car rental bookings and changes in Sabre without assistance.
  • Operate independently across the full Sabre workflow, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support light administrative tasks related to travel documentation and client correspondence.
  • Use Tramada as a mid-office system for client invoicing, documentation generation, and recordkeeping.
  • Coordinate with the broader travel team to ensure timely processing of all client travel needs.
  • Provide short daily support coverage during key operational hours, with flexibility to respond to occasional urgent requests.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in Sabre GDS, including NDC content booking and ticketing.
  • Strong understanding of fare rules, ticketing procedures, and airline regulations.
  • Ability to independently handle hotel and car bookings using Sabre.
  • Familiarity with Tramada for mid-office functions such as documentation and invoicing.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Based in the Philippines, available to support Australian business hours for a limited window each day.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM AWST, 15 hours total per week. Salary Offer P15, ,000 gross per month

Desirable

  • Previous experience supporting luxury or boutique travel agencies.
  • Understanding of client servicing expectations within high-touch travel environments.
  • Experience with light concierge-style services or direct supplier communications.

Software Proficiency

  • GDS: Sabre (including NDC content)
  • Mid-Office: Tramada
  • Communication Tools: Outlook, Slack, Google Workspace
  • Documentation: MS Word, Excel, PDF handling
