At CMV Interior Designs, we don't just create beautiful spaces — we build lasting relationships with our clients. We are looking for a proactive and personable Client Engagement Officer who will serve as the bridge between our design team and our valued clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from inquiry to project completion.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for potential and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups.
  • Assist in presenting design proposals and project updates in coordination with the design team.
  • Handle client inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Support the sales and marketing team in client presentations, events, and sourcing activities.
  • Maintain accurate client records and help track project milestones.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Interior Design, or related field.
  • With or without experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, approachable, and client-focused personality.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Interest or background in design/creative industries is a plus.
