Job Descriptions: Identify and engage reliable suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and establish long-term partnerships.Source and procure equipment, materials, and services required for HVAC systems and mechanical projects.Prepare and issue purchase orders using ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements, deadlines, and specifications.Monitor inventory levels and forecast future purchasing needs to avoid delays, using ERP tools for tracking and reporting.Conduct supplier performance evaluations to ensure adherence to quality, delivery, and cost expectations.Research market trends, pricing, and new technologies related to HVAC and mechanical works.Resolve procurement issues, including supplier delays, disputes, or quality concerns.Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and reports within the ERP system for audit and internal review.Work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure materials meet technical specifications.Job Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is an advantage.Proven experience as a Purchasing Officer or in a similar role, preferably with exposure to HVAC or mechanical works.Proficient in using ERP systems for procurement, inventory management, and reporting.Strong understanding of mechanical systems, HVAC equipment, and related components.Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other procurement tools.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.Knowledge of supply chain management principles and logistics.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
