Ang Heavy Equipment Operator responsable sa luwas ug epektibong pag-operate sa nagkalain-laing bug-at nga makinarya nga gigamit sa konstruksyon, pagkubkob, ug preparasyon sa lugar sa trabaho. Ang mga makina nga gamiton naglakip apan dili limitado sa backhoe, excavator, bulldozer, loader, grader, ug roller. Ang operator mopadayon sa mga buluhaton nga naglakip sa paglimpyo sa lugar, pagbalhin sa yuta, pagkubkob, pag-level, loading, ug transportasyon sa materyales base sa panginahanglan sa proyekto. Kini nga papel importante aron masiguro ang tukmang paghuman sa proyekto samtang ginasunod ang safety standards ug maayong pagdumala sa kagamitan.

· Mag-operate sa heavy equipment sama sa excavator, loader, bulldozer, roller, o grader aron buhaton ang mga gikatakdang trabaho sa konstruksyon.

· Mag-inspeksyon sa makina kada adlaw sa wala pa ug human gamiton; susihon ang fluid levels, ligid/tracks, suga, ug mga kontrol.

· Buhaton ang yano nga maintenance ug pagpanglimpyo sa kagamitan, ug ireport dayon kung adunay problema sa makina.

· Sundon ang site plans ug grading nga gihatag sa site supervisor o engineer.

· Mag-load ug magbalhin sa mga materyales sama sa yuta, graba, o debris sulod sa site o ngadto sa hauling equipment.

· Sundon ang tanang safety regulations ug magsul-ob ug personal protective equipment (PPE) sa tanang panahon.

  • Nakahuman og high school o katumbas niini.

  • Adunay valid nga lisensya o sertipikasyon sa pag-operate sa relebanteng kagamitan (sama sa NC II sa Heavy Equipment Operation).
  • Pamilyar sa mga lagda ug safety procedures sa construction site.

· Maayo sa pag-operate ug pagmaneho sa nagkalain-laing klase sa heavy equipment.

· Kusog ang pagsabot sa klase-klase nga yuta, grado, ug load capacity.

· Maayo nga koordinasyon sa mata ug kamot ug maayo nga spatial awareness.

· Kakayahang mobasa ug mosabot sa yano nga plano sa konstruksyon.

· Kusog ug andam sa pagbuhat sa gawas bisan pa sa lain-laing klima.

· Maayo nga komunikasyon ug teamwork skills.
