Qualifications:

1. A National Certificate (NC) from TESDA, such as Rigging NCI.
2. With at least 1-3 years of experience in a rigging or related field.
3. Have knowledge of safety policies, procedures, and strategies for effective safety operations.
4. Understanding the types of rigging gears, their uses, and maintenance is essential.
5. Responsible for loading, unloading, and transferring of goods or materials.
6. Good physical condition (for occasional lifting of tools/materials)
7. Able to submit Pre-Employment Requirements as requested by the management
8. Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities:

1. Safely and effectively operate a range of lifting equipment such as cranes, hoists, and other machinery
2. Determine the appropriate rigging equipment and configurations required for each lift
3. Ensure all loads are securely attached and balanced before lifting
4. Monitor the performance of lifting equipment and identify any maintenance or repair needs. Inspect and maintain rigging equipment before use.
5. Communicate with crane operators, site managers, and other team members to coordinate lifts
6. Follow safety regulations to prevent accidents.
7. Read and interpret blueprints and load charts.
