Job Description:

Filholland Corporation is seeking a Service Supervisor to oversee and manage service operations at our Bacolod branch. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and expertise in heavy equipment maintenance and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

►Supervise daily service operations, including diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of heavy equipment and machinery.

►Lead and train service technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service.

►Coordinate with clients to address service requests, troubleshoot issues, and provide after-sales support.

►Monitor compliance with safety and quality standards.

►Manage service schedules, assign tasks, and oversee job completion.

►Maintain accurate service reports, documentation, and inventory of parts and tools.

►Collaborate with the sales and parts department to support business operations.

►Identify process improvements to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

►Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) preferred.

►Technical knowledge of heavy equipment (construction, agricultural, or industrial machinery).

►Automotive skills or technical expertise in machinery repair is an advantage.

►Proven experience in service operations, preferably in the heavy equipment or automotive industry.

►Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

►Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

►Willing to travel for on-site service coordination and inspections.
