About the Role

We are seeking a Game Producer to join our team and take ownership of projects from planning to release. This role will oversee the coordination of game development and creative projects, ensuring milestones are met, teams stay aligned, and deliverables maintain quality standards.

As a mid-level position, you will work independently, manage multiple teams, and serve as the bridge between stakeholders and developers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about games and project leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee game/creative projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with design, art, programming, and QA teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Develop and track project schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Identify risks and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and regular project reviews.
  • Ensure effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain documentation for project plans, timelines, and progress reports.
  • Uphold quality standards while balancing deadlines and resources.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of project management experience, preferably in game development, software development, or creative industries.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for gaming and/or experience in the game industry is a strong advantage.
