We seek for a dedicated Customer Service Manager (Jr/Sr level) to join our team. This role will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience and will be responsible for both day-to-day operations and strategic improvements to our customer care processes.

What You'll Do:

  • Handle escalated customer issues and complex cases, providing timely and effective resolutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to proactively reach out to customers, providing updates on accounts, addressing concerns, and gathering valuable feedback on their experiences to improve service.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments like sales and property management to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues and timely delivery of solutions.
  • Analyze team performance metrics and customer feedback to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Create and maintain customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across the team.
  • Coach and mentor junior Customer Service members.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • At least of 5 years of customer service experience in a leadership role (experience in the real estate industry is a strong plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and a CRM system is a plus.
  • Possesses utmost professionalism and integrity
