Job Summary:

The Employee Engagement Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention. This role focuses on fostering a positive workplace culture, driving engagement initiatives, and ensuring employees feel valued and connected to the organization's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute employee engagement programs, events, and initiatives.
  • Conduct regular employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to develop strategies that improve employee morale and productivity.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the organization.
  • Support internal communication strategies to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Facilitate recognition programs and promote a culture of appreciation.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to support career growth and development opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and foster open communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, employee engagement, Employee relations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and drive results.
  • Experience with survey tools, HRIS systems, and data analysis.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for building positive workplace cultures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php80,000.00 per month
