Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Employee Relations Manager at Vikings Group of Companies in ASEANA, Parañaque City. The Employee Relations Manager will be fostering a positive and productive work environment by managing employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and implementing policies that support organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Employee Relations
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a managerial role
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, disciplinary procedures, and employee rights
  • Excellent problem-solving, mediation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with employees at all levels
  • Experience in the hospitality or food industry is a plus
  • Must be amenable to work in ASEANA, Parañaque
  • Can start as soon as possible
