Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines NXT Mile Motors Inc. Full time ₱400,000 - ₱600,000 per year
  • Greeting customers and directing them to an available technician.
  • Consulting with the technician about needed repairs and alternatives that can be offered in place of expensive repairs.
  • Answering customers' questions about service outcome and consulting with a technician when necessary.
  • Informing customers about potential cost savings and warranty protections.
  • Assisting customers when deciding to fix their car through the dealership's shop.
  • Informing customer of service changes or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up.
  • Internally coordinating service work to adhere to commitments made to clients.
  • Estimating cost and turnaround time, and maintaining customer updates to ensure smooth delivery of the vehicle.
  • Carry out other tasks within the after-sales department which may be required from time to time by the manager.

Qualifications*

  • Bachelor's degree in automotive technology or related field.
  • Preferably with strong understanding of automotive technology.
  • With experience as Service Advisor in a car dealership.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, decision making and problem solving skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
