About the role

As a Financial Advisor at Allianz PNB Life Insurance, Inc.', you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their financial goals. In this part-time role, you will provide tailored financial planning advice and solutions to individuals and families in the Metro Manila area. Your work will focus on understanding our clients' unique needs and recommending the right insurance and investment products to help them secure their financial future.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conducting comprehensive financial needs assessments with clients to understand their financial situation, goals, and risk tolerance
  2. Researching and analysing financial products, including life insurance, annuities, and investment options, to develop personalised recommendations
  3. Presenting financial plans and product proposals to clients in a clear and compelling manner
  4. Assisting clients with the application and onboarding process for selected financial products
  5. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing financial well-being
  6. Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, market trends, and new product offerings to provide the best possible advice

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in financial planning, investment, or insurance sales, preferably in the banking and financial services industry
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients
  4. A customer-centric mindset and the ability to provide a exceptional client experience
  5. A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to stay informed about industry changes and best practices
  6. A valid financial advisor or insurance agent license or the ability to obtain one
