Job Description:

  1. Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contract, job offer, training agreement.

  2. Updating internal database when there are new hires / resigned employees.

  3. Conducts onboarding for newly hired personnel.

  4. Oversee employee orientations and training.

  5. In charge in the issuance of notices, memo, announcements to Employees.

  6. Process employees ATM for payroll

  7. Prepare and submit required documents to DOLE.

  8. Assist in administering admin conferences.

  9. Performs variety of administrative and employment related works

  10. Processing of payment of utilities.

  11. Monitoring of office and cleaning supplies.

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of Human Resource, Psychology or any related course

  2. Proven work experience as a Recruiter

  3. Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)

  4. Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)

  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  6. Keen to details, with high level of data organization and reporting.

  7. Hardworking, trustworthy and responsible

  8. Amenable to work in Makati City.
