The role combines architectural and design work (study plans, renders, and marketing visuals) with administrative, property management, and coordination responsibilities across ongoing and upcoming projects.

This position is ideal for an architect or designer who is creative, detail-oriented, and enjoys hands-on involvement in both design production and day-to-day project and property operations.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural & Creative Work

Prepare study plans, conceptual layouts, and space planning for new and existing properties.

Produce 3D renders, walkthroughs, and visualizations for presentations and marketing.

Create Photoshop and graphic materials for brochures, social media, and investor decks.

Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure design intent and material alignment.

Support in preparing presentations, feasibility visuals, and technical documentation.

Executive & Property Management

Act as Executive Assistant to the principals — scheduling, correspondence, and coordination of meetings and site visits.

Handle property-related documentation, renewals, permits, and service contracts.

Oversee maintenance, repairs, and tenant coordination for owned and managed properties.

Maintain organized records of ongoing projects, budgets, and design files.

Liaise with property tenants, brokers, and vendors as needed.

Assist in procurement and supplier coordination for development and property operations.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Architect or Architecture graduate (required background).
  • Excellent organization and multitasking skills.
  • Professional communication in English and Filipino (written and verbal).
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and capable of handling confidential information.
  • Cebu-based, with flexibility to travel to sites or suppliers when required.2–4 years relevant experience in design, property management, or executive support.
  • Reliable, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Strong skills in:

AutoCAD / SketchUp / Lumion / Enscape / Twinmotion (for planning and rendering)

Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign (for marketing visuals)

MS Office / Google Workspace (for admin and tracking)
