Job description

Education and experience

· Bachelor's degree: A bachelor's degree in human resources, education, psychology, business administration, or a related field is typically required.

· Advanced degree/certification: A master's degree or professional certifications (like CPLP or CIPD) are often preferred or a plus.

· Proven experience: Several years of experience in L&D, training design, development, and implementation is crucial.

Skills

· Leadership and management: Strong leadership, people management, and the ability to manage budgets are key.

· Communication and interpersonal: Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential for working with stakeholders at all levels.

· Instructional design: Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies is necessary for creating effective programs.

· Project management: Strong organizational and project management skills are needed to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and budgets.

· Technical:

§ Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.

§ Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and creating digital learning materials.

§ Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

· Analytical: Ability to analyze data to track participation and outcomes, and to make data-driven decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
