Position Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Event Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) to design, implement, and optimize our enterprise-wide event management framework. The SME will play a critical role in driving proactive IT operations by streamlining monitoring, alerting, correlation, and automation processes. This role requires strong expertise in IT event management, observability, AIOps, and ITIL/ITSM best practices.

Job Description :

  • 8+ years of experience in IT Operations / Event & Monitoring / Service Management.
  • Expertise in enterprise monitoring tools (Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, ELK, Prometheus, etc.).
  • Strong hands-on experience with event correlation, enrichment, and noise reduction frameworks.
  • Familiarity with AIOps platforms (Moogsoft, BigPanda, ServiceNow AIOps, Dynatrace AI).
  • Strong understanding of ITIL practices (Event, Incident, Problem, Change).
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, Ansible).
  • Experience in integrating event management with ITSM workflows (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira Service Management).

Pay: Php75, Php150,000.00 per month
