Restaurant Supervisor

Supervise Daily Operations: Oversee daily restaurant activities, including managing staff, handling orders, and ensuring smooth customer service.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
• Experience in a restaurant or customer service environment is preferred
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours:

• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on the restaurant's needs.
• Staff Management: Train, schedule, and monitor restaurant staff. Motivate team members to perform at their best while ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
• Customer Service: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
• Ensure Food Quality & Safety: Monitor food preparation, storage, and handling to meet food safety standards and quality requirements.
• Maintain Cleanliness & Organization: Ensure the restaurant, kitchen, and dining areas are kept clean and organized, following health and safety regulations.
• Inventory & Supply Management: Keep track of inventory levels and place orders as needed. Ensure that all necessary supplies are available for smooth operations.
• Handle Cash and Payments: Oversee cash handling, process payments, and ensure accuracy in transactions.
• Performance Reporting: Assist in preparing reports on sales, staff performance, and customer feedback for management review.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
