Job description:

Position: Talent Acquisition (Influencer Marketing)

Department: MCN – Talent Management (Stellar Collective)

Work Setup: Onsite (Muntinlupa)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing potential talents to selection and onboarding.
  • Facilitate virtual onboarding sessions for new talents, ensuring completion of necessary documents and orientation requirements.
  • Draft and issue exclusive or project-based contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and legal standards.
  • Monitor contract durations and proactively track upcoming expirations for timely renewal or offboarding actions.
  • Maintain and update the master file of all contracts and talent records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, including the use of social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future onboarding needs.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Management Head and Team Leader to optimize recruitment processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure recruitment KPIs (e.g., talent quantity and quality) are consistently achieved.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Department Head.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in influencer marketing, recruitment, or talent management is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer ecosystems (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (preferred).
  • Must possess business-level English proficiency for effective communication in a professional environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Can work efficiently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Muntinlupa.
