Influencer Handler

Position: Influencer (Talent) Handler

Department: MCN – Talent Management (Stellar Collective)

Work Setup: Onsite (Muntinlupa)

Main Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for in-house talents and influencers regarding all matters related to their campaigns and collaborations.
• Coordinate, arrange, and follow up with talents/influencers to ensure timely execution of campaign requirements (e.g., draft collection, posting schedules, and revisions).
• Provide day-to-day management and support to in-house talents/influencers for their accounts and brand partnerships.
• Analyze and monitor Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) performance, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure all deliverables and outputs meet company and brand standards (e.g., TikTok links, boost codes, hashtags, etc.).
• Prepare and submit monthly insight reports summarizing KOL metrics, engagement performance, and posting activity.
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Department Head.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Experience in handling a wide range of talents such as influencers, artists, or celebrities is an advantage.
• Familiarity with digital campaigns and influencer marketing is preferred.
• Possesses a broad network within the influencer and social media industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (preferred).
• Excellent negotiation and multitasking abilities.
• Can work efficiently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Muntinlupa.
